We restore structural integrity, improve driving safety, and extend the lifespan of asphalt and concrete pavements. Every project begins with an engineering assessment of the distress type, base condition and drainage — so the fix addresses the root cause, not just the surface.

Signs Your Pavement Needs Attention

Catching these early prevents small defects from becoming full structural failure.

Surface crackingAlligator, longitudinal or block cracks appearing across the carriageway.
Potholes & depressionsLocalised failures that worsen rapidly once water enters the base.
Water poolingStanding water or poor run-off signalling drainage and slope defects.
RuttingGrooves forming in the wheel paths under sustained heavy traffic.
RavellingLoose aggregate and a rough, disintegrating surface texture.
Skid & marking lossPolished, oxidised surface with reduced skid resistance and faded lane markings.

1. Pavement Crack Repair & Rehabilitation

Unattended cracks let water penetrate the lower pavement layers — leading to base degradation and potholes. We treat every type of distress with polymer-modified asphalt, joint sealants and pressure grouting.

Longitudinal Cracks

Run parallel to the road centerline — caused by joint failure, reflective cracking, or temperature cycles.

Photo

Transverse Cracks

Run perpendicular to the centerline — thermal cracks from low temperatures or hardening of the bitumen mix.

Alligator (Fatigue) Cracks

Structural fatigue from heavy traffic on a weakened base. We excavate, reinforce and repave.

Photo

Block Cracks

Large interconnected rectangular blocks from ageing and shrinking of the binder matrix.

Edge Cracks

Form along the outer edge from poor drainage or lack of lateral support.

2. Bridge & Pavement Expansion Joint Treatment

Expansion joints let concrete roads, bridges and flyovers safely expand and contract. Worn joints cause leakage, spalling and sub-surface damage — we restore them completely.

Expansion joint sealing system
  • Waterproof Sealing — high-performance polyurethanes, polysulfides and elastomeric sealants (Sika & MYK) to fully arrest water ingress.
  • Joint Reconstruction — repairing damaged concrete headers, clearing debris and replacing worn mechanical joint profiles.
  • Smooth Transition Grinding — finishing the joint flush with the highway to eliminate jolts, lower noise and improve ride quality.

3. Road Patch Works (Pothole & Localised Repair)

Rapid, high-durability patching that structurally bonds with the existing pavement for long-term stability.

1

Excavation & Cleaning

The area is cut into neat vertical squares; all debris, water and compromised asphalt removed down to a solid base.

2

Tack Coat Application

A high-bonding bitumen emulsion is applied to the edges and base to guarantee adhesion of the new mix.

3

Infill & Heavy Compaction

Premium hot-mix asphalt is filled and roller-compacted to match the level and density of the highway.

4. Road Resurfacing (Asphalt Overlay)

When a surface shows widespread micro-cracking or loss of skid resistance, we fully restore the structural profile and ride quality with a seamless new driving surface.

Milling & Profile Correction

Cold-milling machinery shaves off the deteriorated top layer, restoring cross-slopes and drainage run-off.

Strengthening Overlays

Laying an engineering-specified new layer of BC or DBM to withstand heavy commercial axle loads.

Materials & Technology We Use

Specification-grade materials and modern equipment, chosen to perform under maximum thermal and traffic stress.

Polymer-Modified Asphalt

Enhanced elasticity and rut resistance for high-load corridors.
