2. Services Description & Scope
Jash Infra provides premium, professional-grade structural waterproofing, preservation, and building protection services across distinct commercial and residential categories, including but not limited to:

4. Quotations and Pricing
- Free Initial Inspections: We provide standard initial site inspections and expert consultations free of cost. However, high-end diagnostic testing or detailed structural assessments requiring specialized thermal imaging or deep moisture equipment may incur a service charge, which will be formally communicated in advance.
- Quotation Validity: All written quotations, material estimations, and cost breakups provided by Jash Infra remain valid for exactly 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision past this period due to fluctuating raw material market costs, scope modifications, or newly uncovered structural site discrepancies.
- Standard Payment Terms: Unless modified explicitly within a signed service level agreement, our structural project payments are milestone-driven and structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon formal contract execution; 40% intermediate payment upon the verified completion of 50% of the project scope; 30% final balance payment immediately due upon final execution and project completion.
5. Service Warranties
We stand behind our engineering practices and material applications. Our performance-linked warranties are structured by category:

- Bathroom & Wet Area Waterproofing: 3-year comprehensive leak-proof warranty.

- Building Care & Preventative Maintenance: Warranty terms issued strictly as outlined per custom maintenance contract terms.
Warranty Conditions: All warranties are strictly conditional upon: proper structural usage and post-project maintenance by the client; zero unauthorized modifications, structural punctures, or third-party repairs on treated zones; immediate written reporting of issues within 48 hours of detection; absolute compliance with recommended load limits; and a complete absence of structural shifts or earthquakes that compromise the base concrete structure.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure project integrity and flawless execution, the client is strictly responsible for:
- Information Accuracy: Providing precise structural histories, building blueprints, known past leakage points, and undisclosed utility line layouts.
- Site Access & Clearance: Providing uninterrupted access to designated work zones during agreed execution shifts, ensuring a clean work area, and supplying basic water and power connections as required for industrial machinery.
- Site Safety & Security: Assisting in maintaining a safe environment for our engineers, equipment, and materials while stationed on the property.
- Timely Disbursements: Releasing milestone clearings promptly according to the payment structure to avoid material procurement stalls.
- Curing Protocol Compliance: Strictly ensuring no human traffic, structural interference, or chemical exposure disrupts the chemical waterproof membranes during their critical curing periods.
7. Project Timeline and Delays
Jash Infra makes every reasonable effort to meet proposed project completion dates. However, our engineering teams shall not be penalized or held liable for operational delays caused by:
- Climatic Disruption: Adverse weather events, including heavy monsoon downpours, high humidity, or extreme temperatures that compromise curing chemistry.
- Unforeseen Site Realities: Hidden structural defects, deteriorated concrete substrates, or unexpected sub-surface issues discovered only after stripping existing layers.
- External Disruptions: Material supply chain constraints, client-prompted scope edits, delayed administrative permissions, or standard Force Majeure events.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: If cancelled in writing prior to site mobilization and material dispatch, 50% of the initial advance payment will be refunded. If cancelled post-mobilization or after work commencement on site, the entire advance payment is forfeited, and the client will be billed for all material and labor expenses incurred up to that date.
- Company-Initiated Cancellation: Jash Infra explicitly reserves the right to suspend or cancel services immediately if the site environment is deemed structurally unsafe, client interactions breach safety codes, or contract payment steps are missed. In occurrences where cancellation happens due to no fault of the client, unspent advances will be calculated and refunded proportionally.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under prevailing Indian corporate laws, Jash Infra, its engineers, and directors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits or structural damages resulting from client neglect, structural shifts, unrectified plumbing failures, or pre-existing construction defects not reported. Our peak aggregated liability for any claim or defect shall never exceed the absolute financial sum paid by the client specifically for the singular service zone under dispute.
10. Intellectual Property
All structural designs, engineering content, text layouts, digital assets, photographic project portfolios, trade logos, and code bases present on https://jashinfra.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Jash Infra. Unauthorized reproduction, digital scraping, or business distribution of our assets without express written consent is strictly illegal.
11. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of an operational or financial conflict, both parties agree to exhaustively pursue an amicable resolution through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall proceed to mandatory corporate mediation.
